I have realized that I have missed at least last week. Last week was a little rough due to the whole family getting the flu. Missing two days of work last week due to my family having the flu and then the daycare providers and her family getting the flu. Made for a short week. But the things I am thankful for currently are...
1) Employment where I have paid sick days so I don't have to worry
2) The opportunity to help out friends
3) JT feeling better and sleeping better after he had a visit to the Chiropractor
4) For the Chiropractor who works on children and was so good to JT and me
5) Opportunity to fill my bucket due to the Chiropractor giving a free first exam after seeing JT...SO thankful
6) Both my parents who are here visiting and loving on their grandson
7) Nyquil that helps my husband to sleep without coughing and in turn allows both me and JT to sleep also (its the little things)
The wonders and mishaps of life and my interpretations of them as we try to make the best of the hand we have been dealt...

Thankful Thursday
This week I am thankful for...
JT starting to sleep through the night again after a week of rough sleep due to sinus congestion and a cough
The peace of God that surrounds you when you trust in Him even when you don't have the answers and you have to coordinate with doctor's schedules...ie got a call from the doctor's office stating that they saw some irregularities from the MRI but I had to wait a couple of weeks before I could see the doctor for specifics
A new appreciation for Fall and enjoying the lower temps and colors in a new way than before...not mourning the end of summer as much or dreading the impending snow as much :)
Having healthy parents who raised me in a (for the most part) healthy environment and gave me many opportunities...if you ever need a reality check of how bad things could be go to a child protection meeting at department of health and human services...makes me so thankful for the people I have in my life
